A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On March 26, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. at the Seoul Central District Court on March 26, 2015, and completed the execution of sentence on October 29, 2015.

1. On February 16, 2016, the Defendant purchased philophones by delivering KRW 500,000 to E and receiving approximately two grams of philophones on the roads of DF located in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Gangdong-gu.

2. On February 17, 2016, the Defendant issued KRW 2,000,000 to E in front of the exit road of G Station No. 1 G Station located in Gangdong-gu Seoul, Gangdong-gu, Seoul, and purchased 10 grams of philophones by scopon.

3. On February 20, 2016, the Defendant: (a) sold KRW 500,000 to E in front of the G Station No. 1: G Station located in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F; and (b) purchased a penphone in a way that he receives approximately two grams of opon.

4. On October 4, 2016, around 10:00, the Defendant administered phiphones by inserting “I” 605 telephones in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H, and 0.2 gramphones in a single-use injection machine, melting them into water, and in injection into the arms.

5. At around 10:00 on October 9, 2016, the Defendant administered a phiphone in the way of inserting Lysta shot car driver’s seat parked on the road near the K Station located in theJ, and 0.2 grams in a single-use injection machine, melting water into the body, and in injection into the body.

6. On October 9, 2016, around 10:20 on October 9, 2016, the Defendant smoked marijuana in such a way as to put in a pipe that was parked on the road near the said K Station, and made up of a pipe that was made up of a gambling paper, and by attaching a fire.

7. On October 9, 2016, at around 18:30, the Defendant carried approximately 4.86 gramopon, which was parked in N in the Southern-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, in a vinyl wing box, and a phiopon 0.75g gramopon contained in a one-time injection device under the chief supervisor below, and carried a roopon and marijuana by inserting approximately 0.01g of marijuana contained in a vinyl wing box in a plastic bag.
