Defendant
A was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. at the Incheon District Court on April 15, 2015, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Southern Prison on February 25, 2016, and the Defendants are not authorized to handle psychotropic drugs, and no person is allowed to smoke marijuana, while the Defendants trade, accept, administer, and smoke marijuana as follows.

E. Defendant A around 22:30 on May 23, 2016, issued KRW 500,00 to E and received approximately five gramopon contained in vinyl paper at the K Square located in Yongsan-gu Seoul, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, and at around 23:37 on the same day.
