A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime
[B] The Defendant did not deal with psychotropic drugs, so he did not have a person handling narcotics, but did not sell, administer, or possess philophones as follows.
【Criminal Facts】
1. Sale and purchase of phiphones;
A. On April 2016, in collusion with D, the Defendant received KRW 200,00 from D in the vicinity of the early patrolman, and purchased 400,000 won in one’s own money and 200,000 won in one’s name, and purchased approximately 0.7 gramphones contained in the one-time injection device, and divided D and one-half of the phones in the vicinity of the F Post Office located in the Inyang-si E.
B. On June 2016, the Defendant, in collusion with D, received KRW 200,00 from D in the vicinity of the water source, and purchased 400,000 won in his own money and 200,000 won in a single-use injection device and purchased 0.7 gramphones contained in the single-use injection device, and divided one half of D and rophones in the vicinity of the G Park in Ansan-gu, Anyang-si.
C. On July 13, 2016, the Defendant: (a) in collusion with D, received KRW 200,000 from D and sent 200,000 won in one’s own money, and purchased 400,000 won and 0.7 gramphones contained in a one-time injection device; and (b) in the vicinity of F Post Offices located in E in E in E in Anyang-si, one-time, half of Dophones were divided.
2. Medication of phiphones.
A. On July 13, 2016, the Defendant administered philophones by inserting approximately 0.05g philophones at the dwelling of the Defendant at the rooftop room located at H at Ansan-si at night, and inserting approximately 0.05g philophones at the time of a single-use injection in the following arms.
B. On July 17, 2016, the Defendant administered philophones by inserting approximately 0.05g philophones in the dwelling of the Defendant at the end of the same o’clock, and melting the biophones into the arms after being injected into the arms.
