A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

4,400,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

The additional collection charge shall be equivalent to the above additional collection charge.

Punishment of the crime

[former Fact-finding] The Defendant was sentenced on July 2, 2008 to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. at the Incheon District Court on July 2, 2008 and completed the execution of the sentence in the port prison on November 2, 2009.

C. The Defendant: (a) issued KRW 1,200,000 to C at the same place on the same day as the day set forth in paragraph (b) of Article 1; and (b) purchased philophones by means of putting about two grams of philophones containing approximately one grams in two for a single-time injection machine.

At around 18:00 on January 31, 2012, the Defendant issued KRW 608,00 to C, and purchased 1.5g gramphones contained in two for a single-use injection machine and 0.5g grams in the middle-gu Incheon Metropolitan City.

E. The Defendant, around 20:00 on September 10, 2016, put approximately 0.3g of philopon in the dwelling of the Defendant located in Jung-gu Incheon Metropolitan City H, and melted with water into the following arms.
