A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 14:00 on February 22, 2019, the Defendant forged the registration number plate of the said car, air string, air string, air string, in front of the Defendant’s residence, and due to the failure to pay a fine for negligence, the Defendant was placed in custody by the public official of the air strawing and watching the front number plate of the said car. On February 22, 2019, from around February 25, 2019 to February 25, 2019, the Defendant: (a) attached one motor vehicle registration number plate forged as described in paragraph (1) to the Defendant’s above rocketing passenger car; and (b) exercised the forged motor vehicle registration number plate from the Defendant’s dwelling to the Defendant’s workplace E at Tong Young-si; (c) operated the said motor vehicle from the Defendant’s dwelling to the Defendant’s workplace at Tong Young-si.

3. No owner of an automobile in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act shall operate any automobile on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance;

Nevertheless, on February 25, 2019, the Defendant operated C rocketing car without purchasing mandatory insurance on the front road located in D at Young-si.
