A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, due to the delinquency in the payment of administrative fines, kept the front number plate of the B TXG vehicle operated by himself, and thought to use the number plate.

1. On November 16, 2019, the Defendant: (a) entered “B” in a white paper on a white paper at an insular location; (b) forged the registration license plate, which is an air, for the purpose of using it on the front number plate of the traXG vehicle; and (c) forged the registration license plate.

2. Around November 16, 2019, the Defendant operated the tranXG vehicle with a forged air gate B registration number plate attached, such as the foregoing paragraph 1, and exercised it.

3. No person who violates the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act shall operate any motor vehicle on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance for motor vehicles;

Nevertheless, on November 16, 2019, the Defendant operated the foregoing B TXG vehicle owned by the Defendant, which was not covered by mandatory insurance from approximately 3.4 km section from Pyeongtaek-si Ddong, one’s dwelling place, to E-si.
