A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 31, 2018, the Defendant: (a) was the operator of CM7 vehicle owned by his/her father, and (b) was placed in custody of the front number plate of the said vehicle from the Daejeon Busan Police Station on the grounds of default of the fine for negligence on the part of his/her vehicle; (c) around July 2019, the Defendant: (a) taken the front number plate of the said vehicle from the Seosan-dong, Seosan, Daejeon, Daejeon, by taking the front number plate of the said vehicle as a handphone; and (d) expanded the said photograph from his/her non-fluorial store to the size of the number plate; and (e) forged one motor vehicle registration number plate, an air fluor, which

On July 25, 2019 and July 26, 2019, the Defendant: (a) placed one motor vehicle registration number plate, which was forged on the said motor vehicle; and (b) exercised the forged motor vehicle registration number plate, which was operated across and from the roads adjacent to the Geumho bus terminal located in Seo-gu Daejeon and Daejeon Seo-gu, Daejeon.

On July 20, 2018, the Defendant violated the Automobile Management Act and the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act: (a) issued an order to suspend the operation of the Seodaemun-gu Seoul Western Office at the request of the owner B on July 20, 2018; and (b) on July 2019, the said automobile was not covered by mandatory insurance.

The Defendant operated the CM7 Motor Vehicle that was not covered by mandatory insurance in violation of the order to suspend the operation at the same time and place as paragraph (2).
