A A Fine of 120,00,000 won, Defendant B of the case shall be punished by a fine of 90,000,000 won, Defendant C of the case shall be punished by a fine of 90,00,000 won.

A A is an engineer who takes charge of the operation and fishing activities of D (78 tons, rivers, nine crew members, hereinafter referred to as “instant fishing vessel”) among the low-powered fishing vessels towing both of Chinese single-dong shipments, and the captain who takes charge of the affairs, such as assisting the captain of the instant fishing vessel and helping the steering of the instant fishing vessel and guiding the operation and fishing net of the fishing gear. Defendant C is an engineer who takes charge of the management and maintenance of major institutions, such as the engine of the said fishing vessel.

No foreigner shall conduct fishery activities in a specific prohibited zone designated for the protection of fishery resources or coordination in fisheries among the exclusive economic zones of the Republic of Korea.

Nevertheless, on August 14, 2018, at 20:00 (Korean time; hereinafter the same shall apply) the Defendants loaded two net fishing gear and boarded crew members on the instant fishing vessel for the purpose of mainly catching a gaser from 19:00 Chinese ports, and entered the port along with two-boats E to conduct fishing operations. At around 18:00 of the same month, at approximately 29 nautical miles from the 15th Mapo-gun, Incheon, Mapo-gun, Incheon, Mapo-gun, Mapo-do (at 38:00 North latitude; 124.03 easteast), and searched the fishing gear from 19:00 to 21:00 of the same day, with the aforementioned fishing gear from 2000 Mapo-ri, Incheon, 19:00 to 21:00 of the same day, with the aforementioned fishing gear from 200 Mapo-ri-ri, 200 g.

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired to the Republic of Korea.
