Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant, via an Internet site, purchased psychotropic drugs-related psychotropic drugs-related psychotropic drugs-related domains in China, and intended to bring them into Korea.

On June 8, 2012, at the Asan City hotel around 09:00, the Defendant issued an order for a philopon by accessing the Internet narcotics sales site operated by the winners of the name, and then, the Defendant sent approximately 0.23 g of philopon to the home by means of international express shipment by immediately concealing approximately 0.23 g of philopon from the insular area below the Chinese luminous low-water, and by using the aircraft of approximately 0.23 g of opopopopon from the inside of the female luminous low-water, Incheon UPS 5X196.

9. Around 07:43, 07:43 Handphones arrive at the Incheon Open Port.

Ultimately, the Defendant imported approximately 0.23 g of philophones as above.

2. Between May 1, 2012 and May 4, 2012, the Defendant administered the Mescopic dose by inserting approximately 0.03g of the Mescopon medication in the above C hotel, and in a single-use injection machine, inserting in the mescopon, and dilution in the mescopic solution.
