A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

피고인은 2019. 10. 18. 23:20경 군포시 B에 있는 C 금은방 앞 인도에서 ‘국회의사당에서 분신자살하려고 계획을 하고 휘발유를 샀다. 노래방이다’라는 112신고를 받고 현장에 출동한 경기군포경찰서 D파출소 소속 경위 E(51세)와 순경 F(23세)에게 “씨발놈들아 내가 내일 서울 가서 분신자살 할거다. 개새끼들아 왜 촬영을 안 하느냐. 야이 씨발새끼들아. 칼만 있으면 내가 다 죽였을 것이다.”라고 욕설하여, 경위 E와 순경 F가 이를 진정시키려 하자 피고인은 손에 들고 있던 담뱃불로 순경 F를 향해 수차례 찌를 듯이 위협하고, 경위 E의 가슴을 손으로 1회 밀치고, 이를 재차 말리는 순경 F의 어깨를 다시 손으로 1회 밀쳐 폭행하였다.

As a result, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties concerning police officers' 112 reports and criminal investigations.
