1. The Plaintiff:

A. Defendant A’s real estate listed in the Appendix 1 list;

B. Defendant B shall provide the real estate listed in the annex No. 2 list.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is a construction project aimed at improving the residential life of citizens by performing the construction, supply, management, etc. of housing.

B. 1) On December 17, 2009, the Plaintiff concluded a lease contract with Defendant A and attached list 1 amounting to KRW 46 million and KRW 280,000 per month of rent (hereinafter “instant lease contract”).

(2) On January 16, 2008, the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement with Defendant B to KRW 28.1 million per month, KRW 208,00 per rent, and KRW 208,00 per month. On April 28, 2010, the Plaintiff renewed the lease agreement from May 1, 2010 to April 30, 2012, from May 1, 2010 to April 26, 2012, and thereafter renewed the lease agreement to KRW 32,392,00 per month, KRW 239,70 per rent, and the period from May 1, 2012 to April 30, 2014.

(3) On April 7, 2011, the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement with Defendant C on April 7, 201 with respect to the real estate listed in the attached Table 3, the deposit amount of KRW 35.6 million, monthly rent of KRW 252,00 (hereinafter “instant three lease agreement”).

(c) The Plaintiff concluded each of the above lease agreements and agreed that the contract may be renewed on a two-year basis when the Defendants maintain the requirements for restriction on the scale of a house for rental (such as the owner of a house without any ownership, asset ownership, income, and requirements for restriction on the scale of a house for a single household) prescribed by the Rental Housing Act, the Enforcement Decree of the same Act, the Enforcement Rule of the same Act, and the Rules on Housing Supply, and that the contract may be renewed on a two-year basis when the Defendants leased a rental house in a false or other unlawful manner.

The Plaintiff, upon the expiration of December 31, 2012, shall examine the renewal qualification of Defendant A, and the total income of household members, such as householder A and his/her wife D, shall be 6,471 monthly.
