1. The Plaintiff:

Reasons

1. Determination as to the claim against the defendant A, B, and C

2. Determination as to the claim against Defendant D

A. The Plaintiff, around November 21, 201, determined the following terms and conditions as follows (hereinafter “instant lease agreement”) between Defendant D and the lease agreement (hereinafter “instant lease agreement”) by setting the lease deposit amount of KRW 16,840,000, and the lease term of KRW 82,090 from December 1, 2011 to November 30, 201, and the lease period of KRW 82,090 from December 1, 201 to November 30, 2013.
