The punishment against the Defendants shall be eight months by imprisonment.

However, the defendant A for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is a person who conducts youth game providing business under the trade name "E" in Seongbuk-gu Seoul and underground, and Defendant B is an employee of the head of the game.

No one shall provide game water different from the content of a rating for the use of a game product, and no game water-related business operator shall cause another person to perform speculative acts using game water.

Nevertheless, in order to increase the sales of the game hall, the defendant A conspiredd to provide customers with a game machine altered differently from the rating contents, and conspired with the defendant B to commit a speculative act by selling the game item card in cash between customers.

1. Defendant A: (a) from the end of January 2017 to July 24, 2017, Defendant A’s game machine, which was rated in the E Game Chapter; and (b)

He provided the 50 game machine to customers for use by altering the 50 game machine to have separate points and the item card discharge method, which do not exist in the form of grading.

2. The Defendants, at the same time and place as mentioned in the preceding paragraph, exchanged the game scores obtained by the game using the altered multiple game machine with an item card without stating any personal information, etc., and let the said customers sell the item card in cash at the place of the game room, corridor, toilet, parking lot, etc., thereby inducing them to perform speculative acts using the multiple game machine.
