Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is a person who provides juvenile games with the trade name "G Gameland" in the F 3th floor in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, and Defendant B is a person who served as the head of the business of the above game site.

No one shall provide game water for the use of contents different from the rating received, or exchange the tangible or intangible results obtained by using game water as a business.

Nevertheless, in operating the above game hall, the Defendants provided game products different from the contents of the rating classification in order to attract customers, and conspired to exchange game scores.

1. Violation of the Act on the Promotion of the Game Industry - The Defendants were in violation of the classification of the rating from September 2017 to September 19 of the same month, “W”, which is the game machine classified in the said G Gameland, from around September 2017.

Unlike the contents of rating 50 game machine, the item card was modified to be continuously discharged to provide customers for use, regardless of the acquisition of the available water.

2. Violation of the Game Industry Promotion Act - On September 2017, the Defendants exchanged the item card, which is a type of outcome discharged from the said game machine, to customers for business purposes at the same time and place as the preceding paragraph, with the amount of money reduced by 10% from the points indicated in the item card, received a request for the transfer of the identification card from H who visited the head of the said game machine to customers.
