A fine of three million won shall be imposed on a defendant.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one million won shall be the one day.

Punishment of the crime

On October 4, 2018, at around 01:05, the Defendant, at the Defendant’s residence located in Kimcheon-si Kimcheon-si, received a report of 112 having domestic violence and received a statement from the instant parties, and the security guards affiliated with the Kimcheon-gu Police Station C commander of the Kimcheon-gu Police Station: (a) prevented the Defendant from speaking “anywhere this weather has occurred,” and harming the Defendant’s his/her his/her his/her his/her his/her his/her his/her his/her his/her his/her his/her father, who was sent to the Defendant; and (b) assaulted the above police officers by putting the parts of the police officer’s hand on her hand.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers concerning the handling of 112 reports.
