Punishment of the crime

On February 3, 2014, at around 23:20 on February 3, 2014, the Defendant received a report that the Defendant would not pay the drinking value, and obstructed the police officer’s legitimate performance of public duties concerning the handling of reported cases by assaulting assaulting F’s chest by assaulting F’s chest part by hand, such as “F’s age shall be 40 years, and spawn shall be 40 years,” and “F’s chest part shall be spawn”, and “F’s chest part shall be spawn at hand,” and thus obstructing the police officer’s 112 performance of public duties.
