A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On October 15, 2014, the Defendant and C conspired to arbitrarily cancel the registration of the establishment of the right to collateral security of a new bank, which was made in E 201 Dong 901 apartment in Yeonsu-gu Incheon, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon, which was owned by the Defendant, and to obtain a new loan.
