The sentence against the accused shall be determined by a fine of KRW 4,00,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant forged private documents: (a) around May 10, 2012, at the apartment house No. 302 located in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (hereinafter “instant housing”); (b) notwithstanding the fact that, under the title of “a delegation letter”, the Defendant agreed on the grounds for registration and its date under the title of “a delegation letter”; (c) partial transfer of ownership; (d) one second transfer of ownership; (d) “A”; and (d) “A” and “A” had the prior seal imprint on the name of his woman; (d) one-half of the co-ownership shares on the name of his woman; (d) one-half of the co-ownership shares on the instant housing owned by D; (d) one-half of the co-ownership shares on the name of his/her mother; (e) one-half of the co-ownership shares on the name of his/her building in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government; and (e) one-third of the size and size of his/her sectional ownership on the name of his/her own land and three-one-one-one-one-six (34).

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged one copy of “a letter of delegation” and “real estate donation contract”, which are private documents on the duty of rights.

2. On May 10, 2012, the Defendant’s uttering of the above investigation document presented the above “real estate donation contract” to a public official in charge of the seal of approval of the Gangdong-gu Seoul Office, and obtained the seal of approval, and immediately made the forgery at the Gangnam-dong Office, Songpa-gu, Seoul.
