1. According to the statement in Gap evidence No. 1 on May 20, 2014, the date of the instant dismissal is May 20, 2014, and the plaintiff.

1. Details of the disposition;

A. Since being appointed as the teacher of the Seocheon Middle School on March 11, 1977, the Plaintiff served as a teacher at the middle and high school located in Jeollabuk-do, and from March 1, 2013, the Plaintiff served as an assistant principal from B High School (formerly known C High School) to B High School (formerly changed).

[Disciplinary Reason of this case]

1. From June to December 2013, 2013: - 10:30 work hours on June 24, 2013; - twice without permission, such as attendance at work on June 26, 2013; - 15:03 hours on October 1, 2013; 15:32 days on October 2, 2013; 11:5:56 hours on December 4, 2013; 3-time leave from work without permission, such as early leave from work on December 19, 2013; 11:56 hours on December 4, 2013; 13:130 hours after leaving work on June 26, 2013; 15: 20 days after leaving work on October 1, 2013; 20 days after returning to work on May 21, 2013;
