Defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

The Defendants did not pay each of the above fines.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 18, 2015, the Defendants: (a) conspired to engage in around 10:50 on August 18, 2015; (b) the victim E working for a director at the victim E working on the level D 2nd floor located in Busan Seo-gu, Busan, Busan; (c) the Defendants complained against the redevelopment project of housing in the G zone in which the said company is in charge; and (d) the victims “redevelopment the redevelopment.”

"Along with the noise, the noise caused the disturbance, and caused the disturbance to interfere with the affairs for registration as a representative candidate of the Committee for Election Management of the Victims by force."

2. On September 7, 2015, Defendants: (a) conspired to interfere with around September 14:30 on September 7, 2015, and interfered with the education of the victim’s employees by force, such as: (b) at the (ju) F Office where the victim E works as a director; (c) for the same reason as paragraph (1), “it is necessary that they work for him/her; and (d) taking the handbags of the employees of the said company.”

3. On September 8, 2015, Defendants: (a) conspired to interfere with around 10:40 on September 8, 2015, and interfered with the business affairs of the Plaintiff’s association for the redevelopment of G housing in the victim’s territory by forcing the victim’s disturbance to avoid disturbance, such as giving a large amount of voice for the same reason as paragraph (1), and delivering it to the said place; and (b) interfered with the business affairs of the association for the redevelopment of housing in the victim’s G zone by force.
