A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Crimes on February 7, 2015 - C convenience stores

A. The Defendant: (a) around February 7, 2015, at the “C convenience store” working for the victim E of Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on February 7, 2015; and (b) at the “C convenience store”, the victim’s surveillance was neglected, the victim’s total market price of which is equivalent to KRW 2,800, and one factoring note in which the victim’s surveillance was in a cooling room.
