A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendant, who purchased marijuana, was willing to transmit bitcos to the electronic wallet address known by the seller of the name and influencing marijuana in C and C, and to purchase marijuana by the so-called “dex” method (in the event that the seller conceals narcotics, etc. and then informs the seller of the place, the buyer collects the narcotics).
At around 14:30 on March 25, 2020, the Defendant sent 0.0620182BC (E) to the address (E) of the e-mail known by the seller of his name in the C website, and around 22:00 on the same day, the Defendant purchased marijuana by means of collecting approximately 5 g of marijuana concealed in advance between 23:00 and 23:00, as indicated in the attached list of crimes, from February 6, 2018 to March 25, 2020, and purchased approximately 5 g of marijuana from the seller of the Seocho F building in Seocho-gu Seoul to 888 times in total. 5.4209BC (one thousand KRW 34,268,381, Nov. 36, 2018).
2. On March 25, 2020, between around 23:00 and around 23:59, the Defendant smoked marijuana in the pipe in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government G and H’s residential room in the Defendant’s residential area, with a fire attached, and then smoked by a smokeing method.
3. Around 14:20 on March 30, 2020, the Defendant possessed marijuana in a manner that stores approximately 1.69g and 8 marijuana storages in the area of the said Defendant’s residence.
