Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On January 30, 2013, at around 15:58, the Defendant gathered to participate in the 20th century, which was organized by the BFFF in Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu, Seoul (USO), before the 201st century, and went through a chamber of commerce and industry using two lanes from the 1,300 participants of the above assembly and the 1,30th century, and the 17:0 days from the place where the assembly is reported, while moving along the two lanes from the place where the assembly is reported, the Defendant moved along the two lanes prior to the direction of the assembly at the parallel of commerce and industry at around 17:00 on the same day, and moved along the 4 lanes of the 5th line of the 5th line of the 5th line of the present Samsung FF, which is not the place where the assembly is reported, and obstructed the transportation of the vehicle by not later than 17:47 on the same day.

Accordingly, the defendant conspired with the above participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic by land.
