Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a member of the tentatively named “National Public Officials’ Union.”

1. On January 30, 2013, at around 15:58 on January 30, 2013, the Defendant: (a) was gathered to participate in the “The Democratic Republic of Korea Democratic Labor Union Federation” organized by the Korean Democratic Labor Union Federation (USO); (b) around 15:58 on the same day, the Defendant was working in the chamber of commerce and industry with approximately 1,30 participants in the above assembly, using two lanes from the place where the assembly was reported, with approximately 1,30 lanes and the Seoul Station and the Korean Chamber of Commerce and Industry, which is the place where the assembly was reported. (c) On the same day, at around 17:00, the Defendant moved in the way prior to the direction of the assembly, not the place where the assembly was reported; and (d) on the same day, the Defendant was driving in the parallel of Samsung Samsung-do and 17:5:00 on the same day, and it interfered with the number of unspecified vehicles and 4:7:00 on the same day.

Accordingly, the defendant conspired with the above participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic by land.

2. On February 23, 2013, the Defendant participated in the May 23, 2013 general traffic obstruction in the “National Labor Union Federation of the Republic of Korea,” organized by the Central Federation of the Democratic Labor Union of the Republic of Korea in the Seoul East-dong, Jung-gu, Seoul-gu, Seoul-gu, Seoul-gu, Seoul-gu, in the May 23, 2013, the pending issue of the five emergency strike and the 10th tasked

From around 15:45 on the same day, the Defendant, along with approximately 3,50 participants in the above assembly from around 15:45 on the same day, was traveling along the Bank of Korea street through two lanes from the Seoul Station via the sublime funeral, and was driving along the bank of Korea route in the bank of Korea via two-lanes. At around 16:31 on the same day, the Defendant occupied approximately 2,50 participants in the above assembly as well as the number of unspecified vehicles by holding an assembly on the road or holding them outside of the library for relief by not later than 17:36 on the same day.

Accordingly, the defendant conspired with the above participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic by land.

3. On February 25, 2014, the Defendant is interfering with ordinary traffic by the Defendant.
