Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On January 30, 2013, at around 15:58, the Defendant gathered in order to participate in the 20th century, which was organized by the BFF in Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu, Seoul (USO), before the 201st century, the Defendant occupied approximately 1,30 participants of the 2nd conference, using two lanes from the 1,30th conference and the 17:00 minutes from the place where the assembly was reported, and went into the room of the Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry at around 17:0 of the same day while the two lanes of the 15:58 day from the place where the assembly was reported, and occupied four lanes from the 5th line of the 5th line of the 17:4th line of the 17th day from the 17th day from the place where the assembly was reported, and obstructed the traffic of the vehicle.

Accordingly, the defendant conspired with the above participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic by land.
