[Defendant A] Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for a year and two months and by a fine of one million won.

However, from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A was equipped with black jacks and equipment and cards for casino games such as B, which are located in the "E" entertainment week in Taek-si, which is operated by women-friendly job offering B, and Defendant A was able to open an illegal gambling room in the above entertainment week by employing a stringer capable of running the black jack and Bac, with the help of the members of the Gangwon-gu casino casino business from February 2, 2020 due to his coaches or 19.

5. By the end of 22.2, A attempted to establish a gambling place by providing a place in which A may open and operate a gambling place at the “E” entertainment place located in Thai City D.

(b) No customs business operator who violates the Regulation of Customs Business Act shall allow him/her to engage in gambling or other speculative acts at a place where public morals business is conducted;

Nevertheless, the Defendant is a person engaged in customs business operating amusement centers in D when Gangwon-do, and from March 22, 2020 to the same year.

5. By the end of 22., at the above amusement station, A provided a place to enable a large number of unspecified customers, such as F and G, who visited the main place to open and operate a gambling house, as described in the above paragraph 1.
