A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On April 2, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor and two years and six months at Busan District Court on April 2, 2013, and completed the execution of the sentence on February 26, 2015.

1. The Defendant and D, along with D, offered goods that can be stuffed by the Defendant, such as tablers, casino chips, cards, etc., and arranged to operate a gambling place in a manner that performs overall control over gambling management, such as creating gambling buildings, and D, by soliciting gambling persons and driving gambling.
