Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On July 8, 2019, Defendant A, at the office located in Seo-gu L and the second floor in Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu, and the second floor, despite being aware of the fact that the number of card numbers among flass and flass, which he received two in one part among M flass and banks, was operated as a "bac" gambling place in the name of "bac" in which the card numbers are close to 9, among the banks, he/she received KRW 300,000 per day and assisted the act of lending the above office to facilitate the opening of the gambling place of M.
2. Defendant B: (a) from July 10, 2019 to 01:00, the place indicated in paragraph (1) from July 12, 2019 to around 01:00 of the same month, the Defendant, despite being aware of the fact that M operates an illegal gambling place, received KRW 300,000 per day from M; and (b) aided and abetted Defendant B’s act of opening a gambling place by doing so by doing so to the customers, who are going against the M’s instructions, with the knowledge of the fact that M operates the gambling place.
3. From July 10, 2019 to November 11, 201, Defendant C, despite being aware of the fact that M operates an illegal gambling place, received KRW 10,000 at a time from M, and provided customers with casino chips equivalent to money received from the Defendant’s N association account (O) in the name of the Defendant from customers, and assisted customers by facilitating the establishment of M’s gambling place by exchanging the chips acquired from gambling in cash.
4. Defendants D and E play a role of “one hundred thousand won,” including the date, time, place, and place described in paragraph (1), and the fact that M operates an illegal gambling, by being aware of M’s operation, receiving KRW 10,000 from M, exchanging chips by receiving cash from customers, exchanging chips acquired by customers with cash, and exchanging chips acquired by customers with cash, cleaning the gambling place, and taking the hearts of customers.”
