Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall cover a registration number plate nor make it illegible, and such a motor vehicle shall not be operated.

Nevertheless, around 19:00 on December 13, 2018, the Defendant made it difficult for the Defendant to identify the registration number plate by leaving the D vehicle front of the D vehicle actually operated by the Defendant in the street adjacent to the C bank located in Cheongju-si, Cheongju-si.
