Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 300,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall cover a registration number plate nor make it illegible, and such a motor vehicle shall not be operated.

On January 9, 2015, the Defendant parked D1 ton truck before Jongno-gu Seoul Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on January 19, 2015, and made it difficult to identify the registration license plate of the said truck by attaching the back registration number plate of the said truck to a newspaper for the purpose of avoiding the control of the Jongno-gu Office Parking Regulation Unmanned.
