Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 300,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the owner of B Poter vehicle.

No one shall cover a registration number plate nor make it illegible, and such a motor vehicle shall not be operated.

Nevertheless, at around 10:52 on February 9, 2014, the Defendant stopped the above vehicle in the street near 956, i.e., an original laps, and made it difficult to identify the registration number plate by leaving the number plate on a hand.
