Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A on July 4, 2011, a person who was sentenced to one year for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. at the Seoul Eastern District Court on May 24, 201 and completed the execution of the sentence in the smuggling detention center on May 24, 2012, and the Defendants are not the person handling narcotics.

1. Defendants A and B conspired to purchase and administer psychotropic drugs, psychotropic drugs, and to administer them. A.

On December 2, 2013, the Defendants purchased 20,000 won from E to E in the residence of Defendant A located in the Dong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City D1st, and purchased 0.3g of philophones, which are contained in three disposable injection equipment from E.

B. At around January 27, 2014, the Defendants purchased 200,000 won of the instant Defendant A’s residence to E and 200,000 won of the instant Defendant E and 3 of the disposable injection machine from E by using 0.3 grams.

C. On February 14, 2014, around 18:00, the Defendants remitted 3.50,000 won to F on the aftermath of the small university located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City (Yandong-dong) and purchased 0.35g of the penphone, which is contained in F, one-time injection from F.

2. Defendant A

A. (1) On December 2013, the Defendant administered philophones by inserting approximately 0.1g of philophones from a toilet for the Defendant’s residence located in the Dong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Incheon, on a single-time basis, inserting approximately 0.1g of philophones into a single-time injection machine, melting the aquatic life rapidly, and taking the philophones into his arms.

(2) On January 27, 2014, the Defendant administered philophones by inserting approximately 0.1g of philophones from toilets at the residence of the above Defendant into a single-use injection machine, melting melting the life of the Defendant as soon as possible, and administering philophones into his arms.

(3) On February 14, 2014, the Defendant put approximately 0.1g of philophone in and out of the coffee toilet near the Nam-gu Incheon National University, which was located at 100, Nam-gu, Incheon, Nam-gu, Incheon, on February 14, 2014.
