The defendant shall be innocent.

1. The facts charged [2013 high-level 2924] The Defendant participated in the meeting of the Korean-U.S. Free Trade Agreement ratification (Korea-U.S. Free Trade Agreement ratification), which was being held and carried out by the “Korea-U.S. Free Trade Association Headquarters” in front of the central stairs of the Sejong Culture Center in Jongno-gu Seoul, Jongno-gu, Seoul, from November 26, 201 to November 19:40.

After the completion of the above assembly, the Defendant 1,00 participants in other assemblies at approximately 19:46 on the same day, and 6 lanes in front of the Sejong Roster in front of the Sejong Roster, e.g., the Defendant moved along 6 lanes in the e.g., e. g. e., e., e., e., e., g., e., g., e., e., g., e., e., e., e., e., e.,

Accordingly, the Defendant conspired with other participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic on land.

[2] On June 16, 2012, from around 14:10 to 08:30 on June 17, 2012, the Defendant participated in an assembly on the title of “sloaking event” held at a leisure park and a pair of facilities held at the seat of the Seoul Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan City Steering-dong.

On June 16, 2012, the Defendant: (a) around 16:20 on June 16, 2012, the Defendant: (b) occupied the front lane of the said road along with other participants in the name of 1,500, by the Seodaemun-gu Seoul Western Library, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul, along with other participants who participated in the said assembly on the road; and (c) putting the kicket stating the relief

Accordingly, the Defendant conspired with other participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic on land.

2. Determination

A. The purpose of Article 185 of the Criminal Act is to punish all acts which make it impossible or considerably difficult to pass through by causing damage to land, road, etc., or interference with traffic by causing damage to or infusing the general public's traffic safety, which is a crime, the legal interest of which is protected by the law.
