The request for dismissal against an applicant made by the respondent to the President of the Association, an incorporated association B, on January 1, 2017, shall be suspended until the judgment of the revocation of the request for dismissal becomes final and conclusive.

According to the supporting materials of the applicant's submission, it is recognized that the execution of the above disposition as stated in the order requires urgent measures to prevent irrecoverable damage to the applicant, and there is no other data that can be deemed to have a significant impact on public welfare due to suspension of execution.
