2. The applicant's remaining requests are dismissed.

On March 28, 2016, a disposition to revoke the designation of a Chinese travel agent with exclusive responsibility against the applicant is taken by the Respondent.

2016Nu67150 of the case shall be suspended until the judgment of the court becomes final and conclusive.

According to the supporting materials submitted by the applicant, it is recognized that there is an urgent need to prevent the damage that may arise to the applicant due to the execution of the disposition stated in the order, and otherwise it is difficult to regard the suspension of execution as a case that may have a significant impact on public welfare.
