On December 8, 2016, the respondent's disposition to revoke the eligibility to participate in competitive tendering process open only to small and medium enterprises and to restrict the acquisition of eligibility to participate in competitive tendering process conducted by applicants on December 8, 2016 is suspended until the Seoul High Court 2017Nu54274 rendered a decision on revocation claim becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
According to the materials submitted by the applicant, it is deemed that there is an urgent need to prevent the damage which is difficult to recover due to the execution of the disposition stated in the disposition, and there is no other data that can be deemed to have a significant impact on the public welfare due to the suspension of execution.
