1. On August 24, 2017, at around 12:40 on August 24, 2017, the Defendant, at the “E convenience store” operated by the victim D in Yeonsu-gu Incheon, Yeonsu-gu, Seoul, put the victim’s surveillance into the main c,00 won of the market price at the display stand (2 intervention) equivalent to KRW 3,00,000 of the market price of the victim, three stocking c, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 2,400, and one food of KRW 6,400, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 1,000.
2. 피고 인은 위 1 항과 같은 날 12:50 경 인천 연수구 F에 있는 피해자 G이 관리하는 ‘H 마트 ’에서, 피해자의 감시가 소홀한 틈을 이용하여 시가 2,800원 상당의 한성 통 살 슁켄 1개, 시가 3,500원 상당의 한성 웰 니스 슁켄 1개, 시가 5,800원 상당의 양념 편육 1개 합계 12,100원 상당의 식료품을 비닐봉지에 담아 가지고 가 이를 절취하였다.
