A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On October 28, 2016, inasmuch as the Defendant was located in Daegu Northern-gu C around 17:20 on October 28, 2016, the Defendant stolen the Defendant’s food worth KRW 5,700,000, total market value of KRW 1,300, 1300, 1,000, 1,000, 1,700, and 2,000, in total, of the market value of KRW 1,300, 1,700, in the victim D’s representative, using the gaps in which his employees’ surveillance was neglected.
2. On November 3, 2016, at the places indicated in paragraph (1) around 16:20 on November 3, 2016, the Defendant: (a) using the gaps in which his employees’ surveillance has been neglected; (b) 1,300 won of the market price owned by the representative of the victim D; and (c) 1,300 won of 3,50 won of the market price; and (d) 1,550 won of 1,30 won of 1,300 won of 1,30 won of 1,300 won of 1,30 won of the market price; and (e) 2 books of 3,990 won of the market price; and (f) 1,350 won of 1,350 won of 1,60 won of 1,60 won of 1,600 won of the market price; and (f) 20% of the market price.
The defendant stolen food of 44,500 won in total, including a shower 1,380 won in the market value, a franchising 1,750 won in the market value, 2,750 won in the market value, 1,700 won in the market value, 2 Gun of 1,500 won in the market value, 1,500 won in the market value, 1,500 won in the market value, and 44,500 won in the market value, including a shower 1 in the market value.

On November 8, 2016, at around 08:50 on November 8, 2016, at the places indicated in paragraph (1) around 08:50 on November 8, 2016, the Defendant: (a) using the gaps in which his employees’ surveillance has been neglected; (b) on the part of the victim E, the Defendant: (c) using the gaps in which the victim D’s representative E has chilled a chill of KRW 1,600, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 1,600; (d) two chilled beef bamboo of KRW 2,450, the market price of KRW 1,350, the market price of KRW 1,000, KRW 1,000, KRW 3,500, KRW 1,450, KRW 18,000, the market price of KRW 1,480,000, the market price of KRW 1,480.
