A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime

1. On December 9, 2016, around 00:40 on December 9, 2016, at the “E” convenience store for the victim D’s operation in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, the Defendant placed approximately KRW 30,000 (1 bottle, can beer, 1 beer, 3 beer, and 3, etc., of the average market price owned by the victim, into a string machine, and stolen it.

4. Around 00:30 on February 10, 2017, the Defendant: (a) at convenience stores operated by the Victim FF in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, the Defendant: (b) placed in the display stand; (c) placed in a smoke pit in the display stand; (d) cut off food of a total of KRW 4,200 in the market price, including one cans, and then cut off.

5.
