A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 09:00 on June 22, 2020, the Defendant forged private documents: (a) put in the upper end of an empty document form “C” on the PC page in Daegu-gu B and 2, Daegu-gu; (b) put the name “A”, which read “A”, the resident registration number column; (c) put the name “D” in the resident registration number column; (d) the Daegu Western Police Station in the appointment date column; (d) put the “period of office” in the separate line of office; (d) put the “period of office” in the separate line of office; (d) 48,787,40 won; (d) 13,408 won; (d) the retirement benefits application form into the upper end of the empty document form; and (e) put the name “A” into the “B”, “D”, “D, Daegu Seo-gu Seo-gu Police Station”; and (e) put the same into the lower end of the retirement benefits amount into the “B” column.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, the Defendant forged a written application for retirement benefit in the name of the Public Official Pension Service, which is a private document concerning rights and duties or certificates of fact.

2. On June 22, 2020, the Defendant, at the office of “H” located in the Seogugu Daegu-gu Office, Daegu-gu Office of “H,” and at the victimJ, he/she became aware of as the introduction of the branch, would pay KRW 55 million to the police officer until July 13, 2020 if he/she borrowed KRW 50 million from the opening of the business. A police officer may receive KRW 59 million in total as retirement pension after he/she worked for about 12 years and retired from office for about 12 years and retired from office for about one year before the retirement pension. Since he/she currently filed an application for lump-sum payment, he/she may receive a lump-sum payment within 3 weeks, and thus, he/she could receive a lump-sum payment, and thus, he/she could receive the payment within 3 weeks from the date he/she knew of the forgery.

However, it is true.
