Punishment of the crime

The defendants shall be the co-chairpersons of the election countermeasure committee C, Gyeong-do.

No one shall contribute money, goods, or other benefits to a candidate or a political party to which he/she belongs in connection with an election, and except in cases where actual expenses, other benefits are offered according to the Public Official Election Act, regardless of the pretext such as actual expenses, other compensation for volunteers, etc.

As a result, the defendant made contributions to the above G, H, I, J, K, and L for the candidate E or his affiliated B, and provided profits such as meals and drinking water in relation to the election campaign.
