A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who actually operates the M&C, and D and the victim E are employees of the above company.

1. Forgery of private documents;

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant, without authority, forged an application form for change of the corporation, which is a private document with respect to the rights and obligations under the above D name, one letter of acceptance, one copy of meeting minutes of board of directors and one letter of delegation, which is a private document related to the certificate of fact, respectively.

B. On November 01, 2013, the Defendant, at the G Licensed Real Estate Agent Office located under the G Licensed Real Estate Agent Office located under 105, Namyang-si, Namyang-si, prepared a charter agreement, receipt, and power of attorney under 212 Dong 1002 and printed out the name of the said D in the signature column.

Afterwards, the Defendant posted the above D’s seal attached to the above D’s name attached to the whole lease contract, receipt, and power of attorney that the Defendant printed out as above.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising authority, the Defendant, without authority, forged a set-off contract, which is a private document on the rights and obligations under the above D name, and a receipt, which is a private document on the certification of facts, and a letter of delegation.

2. Uttering a falsified investigation document;
