A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Forgery of private documents;

A. The Defendant had a mind to open and use a mobile phone in the name of E with the knowledge of the resident registration number, etc. of pro-Japanese (F, 2012).
