A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months and by a fine not exceeding 2,00,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

1. Gambling;

A. On May 15, 2012, the Defendant, along with E, F, and G on May 15, 2012, from around 12:00 to around 17:00, with four copies of card at the “I” office located in Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Cheongju, with four copies of card from around 1,00 to KRW 10,000, up to three times each time he/she receives a card, and the Defendant saw up to three times a card with the highest score. Finally, the Defendant ambling “Ba-gu” in several ways by means of this.

B. From May 18, 2012 to May 17, 2012, the Defendant, along with E, F, and G, ambling in the said I office over several times in the said I office from around 12:00 on May 18, 2012 to around 17:00.

C. On May 25, 2012, the Defendant d, together with E, F, G, and J on May 25, 2012, at the above I office from around 12:00 on May 25, 2012 to around 17:00, the Defendant d ambling in several times in the above I office.

On May 31, 2012, the Defendant, along with E, F, G, and J, dynastyed in the “L” office located in Chungcheongnam-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City from around 12:00 on May 31, 2012 to 17:00 on May 31, 2012 by the said method.

E. On June 1, 2012, the Defendant, along with E, F, G, and J, ambling the said L office from around 13:00 on June 1, 2012 to around 24:00 on a multiple occasions by the said L office.
