A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Habitual gambling;

A. On May 15, 2013, from around 20:00 to around 07:00 on the following day, the Defendant, along with three persons in E, F, and nameless boxes, carried out paintings in the parking lot room located on the first floor in Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government by holding four cards per capita using 52 cards, starting on three occasions, and then changing the cards on three occasions, and, finally, in the case where the pattern of the four card in possession and the number of non-satis are different, in which a person with the lowest number is the winner by comparing the number of days, he/she ambling “abrogate” in a way that he/she becomes the winner.

B. On May 16, 2013, the Defendant, together with three persons of E, F, and nameless boxes, ranging from around 18:00 to around 04:00 the following day, carried out gambling in the same manner as the above paragraph (a) in several times in the same manner as the above paragraph (a).

C. On June 17, 2013, from around 23:00 to around 08:00 on June 17, 2013, the Defendant ambling “bagod” worth KRW 30 million in total in several times in the manner such as the foregoing paragraph (a).

The Defendant, along with E, F, J, Sung F, Sung F, Sung F, L, Sung F, Sung F, Sung F, M with “M” and “N” on August 17, 2013, followed from around 20:00 to around 10:00, Dongdaemun-gu Seoul O 2’s office, and 120,000,000 won in a number of times, in the same manner as the above paragraph (a).

E. On August 25, 2013, the Defendant, along with E, F, J, P, sexually incurable “K”, “L”, and Q from around 20:00 to around 10:00 on August 25, 2013, carried out gambling at the same place as in the foregoing paragraph (a) in a number of times as in the same manner as in the foregoing paragraph (a).

F. The Defendant together with E, F, and J, and by the same method as the foregoing paragraph from around August 26, 2013 to around 10:00 the following day from August 26, 2013.
