1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

2. Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of 1,000,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant B

A. The Defendant, along with D, E, F, and name-free Gpic business owner from May 2012 to May 200, 106: (a) from around 20:00 on the first day to around 04:00 on the next day, at Defendant A’s dwelling place of Pyeongtaek-si H building 106 Dong 201, and divided four copies of the card per capita using Trum card 52, and started from the first 5,000 won to three times every time a card is received, the remaining four forms of non-types of card are different; (b) the remaining four forms of card are different; and (c) the number of persons with low numbers 16,50,000 won in a manner of taking advantage of the card and engaged in gambling for about eight hours on several occasions.

B. The Defendant, along with three under-person who was killed in the name, such as D, E, F, and Glocks, committed the crime of the foregoing paragraph (a) from around 20:00 on May 20, 201 to the next 04:00 on May 1, 2012, the Defendant her residence from around 20:00 on May 1, 201 to around 04:00 on the following day, carried out gambling by means of the said game as above for about 8 hours at around 16,00 won.

2. Defendant A

A. (1) At the time and place specified in the above paragraph (1) above, the Defendant provided the place in which five persons, such as D, engage in gambling, and received a total of KRW 9.60,000 won per person, per hour, and received KRW 30,000,000,000 for the hour and on-site expenses.

As a result, the Defendant opened gambling for profit.

(2) At the same time and place as indicated in the above 1-B, the Defendant provided a place to gambling by 7 persons, such as D, and received KRW 960,000 won per person for a total of KRW 20,000 per hour and 300,000 won at the site and opened the gambling.

As a result, the Defendant opened gambling for profit.

B. On September 22, 2012, the Defendant, who entered a residence by intrusion, intimidation (1) around September 2, 2012, at around 03:00 on September 22, 2012, at the residence of the victim J (W, 23 years of age) of Pyeongtaek-si I apartment house No. 103, 612, and the victim’s husband’s husband’s husband’s “L multilateral” against the Defendant.
