A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than nine months.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant has served as a factory manager in the Dispute Resolution Co., Ltd., and the victim E is a person who has served as a general worker in the above company as a mental disability class 3.

1. On August 2014, the Defendant stolen the victim’s resident registration certificate under the victim’s name, which was placed in the victim’s usual lab in the instant lodging room, by using the gap in which the victim was working in the instant lodging room, and was stolen by the victim, who was working in the said lodging room.

2. Forgery of private documents and the uttering of a falsified investigation document;

A. On August 26, 2014, the Defendant was issued one copy of the cards in the name of E in a way that he/she received telephone calls from a card counselor and temporarily issues the resident registration number and resident registration number of the said E after having access to the card website at the registration office of the said L/C and filed an application for the issuance of the cards.

On September 1, 2014, the Defendant continued to enter the company as above with the head of the card and the member's application and confirmation column of receipt of the card using a verification-type pen in the habitat of the receipt certificate, the column for the consent form for collection and use of personal information, the column for joint personal information system, and the column for the consent form for personal information inquiry, and issued the forged member's application form to the housemen who are not aware of the forgery as if they were duly formed.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged the application form for membership and the receipt form in the name of E, a private document on rights and duties, and exercised them.

B.
