1. The Defendant forged a private document or displayed a falsified document in the name of C without being delegated or consented to the issuance of a credit card in the name of C or the opening of a mobile phone by a mobile phone, with the issuance of a credit card in the name of C and the use of a mobile phone by opening the mobile phone.

A. B. On January 26, 2015, the Defendant forged and exercised one application form for membership of a new card holder in the name of C, which is a private document on rights and obligations, at the same place as indicated in the preceding paragraph.

On February 25, 2015, the Defendant forged and exercised one application form for membership of the card member in the name of C, which is a private document on rights and obligations, at the same place as indicated in paragraph (a).

On June 14, 2016, the Defendant entered “G” and the short term model name at the ELS agency located in the Nam-gu Incheon Nam-gu, Incheon: A1687-67, the ex-factory price of KRW 1,130,800, etc. in the application for mobile phone subscription in the Korean language, using a tample, to enter “C” in the buyer’s column, and forged one application for mobile phone subscription in the name of “C”, which is a private document on the rights and obligations of the buyer, and then is not aware of the forgery, one copy of the application for mobile phone subscription forged to the above telecommunications company.
