A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On 2015, the Defendant had engaged in a credit card solicitor's service, and had his personal information and the resident registration certificate received and kept a copy of the credit card in B's name.

1. Crimes committed on May 31, 2016;

A. On May 31, 2016, the Defendant forged private documents: “B” in the name column with a stample on the application form for subscription to the KB National Card Member’s card at a non-place; “B” in the name column with a stample on the application form for subscription to the KB card; “D” in the mobile phone column; “F in the military mountain Si in the settlement account column; “GF in the workplace name column”; “G” in the name column; and “B” in the name following the date of application.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged the application form for issuance of a credit card in the name of B, a private document related to rights and obligations.

B. Around May 31, 2016, the Defendant, at the time of the instant investigation document, submitted an application for issuance of forged credit cards to the staff in charge of the KB National Card, who was aware of such forgery, as above, as if the written application was genuine.

2. Crimes committed on July 19, 2016;

A. On July 19, 2016, the Defendant forged a private document: “B” on his/her name column with a stample on the application form for membership of the card member; “B”; “B” on the cell phone address column; “B” on the cell phone address column; “B” on the cell phone address column; “C apartment 4xxxxxxxxxxxxxx number; D; “FE” on the place of business address column; “I”; and “I” on the workplace name column; and “B” on the name column on July 19, 2016; and on the date of application column.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged the application form for issuance of a credit card in the name of B, a private document related to rights and obligations.

B. On July 19, 2016, the Defendant at the time of the instant investigation document submission to the staff in charge of the card, who is aware of the forgery, as seen above, of the forged application form.
