A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant, without having obtained the driver's license, was unable to borrow sirens in the name of the defendant, by acquiring them from the main points where he had worked in the previous place and eating vehicles using the driver's license in the name of S.

1. Forgery of private documents;

A. At around 19:20 on June 28, 2014, the Defendant entered the name “S” and “S” in the lessee column of the vehicle lease contract for WK5 automobiles in the Veneter's office located in the U Southern-gu Incheon Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan Government T, and signed on the name next to that.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged a vehicle lease contract in the name of S, which is a private document on rights and obligations.

B. On July 8, 2014, at around 19:30, the Defendant stated “S” and “S” in the column for the lessee’s letter of confirmation in the vehicle lease contract for X YF stations and at the same place as indicated in paragraph (a) of Section 1, and signed by the Defendant on the name of the lessee.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged a vehicle lease contract in the name of S, which is a private document on rights and obligations.

2. Uttering a falsified investigation document;

A. The Defendant borrowed W 5 vehicle from Y, which was aware of the forgery at the time, at the time, at the place, set forth in paragraph 1(a) and at the place, and exercised the forged vehicle lease contract as if it was duly formed.

B. The Defendant, at the time and place specified in Paragraph 1(b), borrowed X YF YFSA car from the employees of the said rental car who knew of the forgery, and granted the forged vehicle lease contract as if it were duly concluded.

3. Illegal events of official documents;

A. The Defendant, at the time and place specified in paragraph 1(a), has completed a Class 1 ordinary driver’s license in the name of the Defendant, which is a public document that was acquired and possessed by WK5 vehicles, under the name of the head of Seoul Provincial Police Agency.
